Users can download one or multiple files/folders in ECS using the Download option.
To download a file/folder:
- Select a file/folder
- Right-click on it and click Download
Note: A folder is downloaded in a zip format
To download multiple files/folders:
- Click the file/folder and select the checkbox displayed on the file
- Right-click on any selected file/folder and click Download. The selected files will be download in a few seconds based the size of the files/folders
