Users can view current and previous versions of a file using View Versions option. When a file is uploaded to ECS multiple times, a new version is created for every upload. This option is available only for files, not for folders.
Note: A file can have up to 100 versions maximum
To view the versions of a file:
Select the file
Right-click on it and click View Versions
The version details are displayed in Manage Versions window. For example, the below image shows only the current version of the file “ECS_Homepage.PNG”, which means this file has only one version.
