Creating a User Account

This feature enables users to:

  • Create new user account
  • Add colleagues
  • Invite colleagues
  • Select Storage types,
    • Default Storage
    • Dedicated Storage

To create user account:

Enter the below SolixCloud ECS application URL (https://ecsapp.solix.com/login) in the browser. The SolixCloud ECS login page appears as shown below.

Click Create an account. The below screen appears:

  • Provide Business Name.
  • Provide business Email ID.
  • Enter First Name and Last Name.
  • Enter a valid Password as required.
  • Click Start free trail.

A popup screen will be displayed. Verify the email details and then click IT’s Correct or Needs Correction.

Note

If multiple user accounts are created on same domain name, it shows notification message as, the domain has one or more organization accounts exists for this domain. Select an existing account to join as a user or create a new account.

  • To create new user account, select Create a new oganisation account.
  • Click Continue

Note

  • The user can use the application without any obligation for 30 days of free trail.
  • User can skip to add colleagues invitation.

Click Skip for now

User can Choose Storage Option.

  • To select Default Storage.
  • Users who selects, the default storage have access to only a limited amount of storage, ranging from 10GB to 25TB, and charges will be assessed based on their storage selection.

  • Select Payment duration type, by toggling Pay Monthly or Annualy.

Note

By choosing annual payment, it may vary the new provided discounts % available at the period of selection.

  • Click Start Free Trail

  • To select Dedicated Storage.

It provides the flexibility to the user to have their own dedicated storage. When the user signup for dedicated storage, a request will be sent to ECS team and they will get back within 24 hours. As per the user requirement, an account will be created and it will be charged separately.

  • Click Continue
  • To return back, click Switch to default storage.
