ECS application offers an easy way to work with files and folders. Each file and folder in ECS have some options, which are used to perform various activities like previewing, sharing, trashing, and so on.
When users right-click on a file or a folder, some options are displayed. Users can use these options to perform various actions on a file/folder.
The following table contains the list of options available for a file/folder. Click each option link to know more about the corresponding option.

| Preview | Not Applicable | Use this option to preview a selected file. |
| Share+ | Share+ | Use this option to share a file/folder to individuals or a group in an organization. |
| Add/View Comment | Add/View Comment | Use this option to add comments to a file/folder and view the existing comments. |
| Add/View Tags | Add/View Tags | Use this option to add tags to a file/folder and view the existing tags. |
| Add to Collection | Not Applicable | Use this option to add a file to a collection. Collection is a logical group of files. Users can add a file to a new collection or an existing collection. |
| External Sharing | External Sharing | Use this option for external sharing of data.

| Copy/Move | Copy/Move | Use this option to copy or move a file/folder to a desired location on the drive. |
| Download | Download | Use this option to download a file/folder to system. |
| Add Reminders | Add Reminders | Use this option to Add/Edit reminders. At a given reminder time, it will notify the top bell icon to comment/share for a particular file/folder. |
| Rename | Use this option to Rename a single File/Folder. | |
| View Versions | Not Applicable | Use this option to see the current and previous versions of a file. |
| Trash | Trash | Use this option to temporarily remove a file/folder from its original location and move it to Trash folder. |
