ECS Dashboard

After the successful login, ECS dashboard appears as shown below.

Home

User directly lands on the Home page of ECS after the successful login. The Home page displays all the files and folders stored in ECS under My Files section. Recent section displays files that were added in last 5 days, Folders section displays all the folders stored in ECS, and the All Files section displays all the files stored in ECS.

Users can upload the files/folders in the Home page by clicking the plus icon , located at the bottom right corner on the page.

Recent

Recent menu displays all the files that were added on the present day, in last 7 days, in a month, and in a year. The following image shows Recent page displaying the files added recently.

Users can see the details of each file and can change the display pattern of files and folders in this menu. For more information on the Recent menu, refer to Viewing the Recent Files/Folders section.

Collections

The Collections page displays all the collections that user created in ECS. Collection is a logical grouping of files. Each collection can have numerous files. There are a variety of actions that a user can perform on a collection. For more information, view  Collections section.

Shared with me

This Shared with me menu displays all the files and folders that are shared with users. Based on the permissions assigned to the files/folders, users can see file/folder options. Using these options, users can perform various actions on the shared files. Additionally, users can view details of all files using information icon and also change the display pattern of the files. Trash

Trash menu displays files and folders that were deleted temporarily. These files/folders are stored in Trash for 30 days. During this period, users can restore the trashed folder to its original location. After the 30 days period, the files/folders are permanently deleted from ECS.
