When user forgets the password while logging into ECS, user can reset the password by using the Forgot Password? link displayed on the login page.
To reset the password:
On the ECS login page, enter the registered user email_id (optional).
Click Forgot Password? link.
The “Forgot Password?” screen appears as shown below.
Enter the registered user email id in Work Email Address field and click SEND.
ECS team sends a link to reset the password to the email id mentioned in the Work Email Address field. To go back to the ECS login page, click Back to Sign in.
