Users can view the files/folders that were added recently in the Recent menu on the ECS application. users can view details of the files/folders, change display patterns, and perform various actions on files/folders easily.
To view the recent files or folders:
- Click Recent menu from the left menu panel of the application.
Recent menu displays the files under these sections:
- Today: Displays the files added today.
- Last 7 Days: Displays the files added in last seven days
- This Month: Displays the files added in a month
- This Year: Displays the files added in a year
- All Older Files: Displays all the older files added one year ago
Users can also view the recent files in ECS Home > My Files page under Recent section as shown below.
The Recent section under My Files page shows the five files that are recently accessed in ECS.
Note:
- Each section in Recent menu page display maximum 20 files. To see more than 20 files in any section, click Load more option.
- Use information icon to view the details of the selected files/folders. For more information on viewing the details, refer to Viewing the File/Folder Details.
- Use List or Grid pattern icons to change the display pattern of the files/folders. For more information, refer to Changing Files/Folders Display patterns.
- The information icon and List or Grid pattern icon are displayed at the top right corner of the page.
